Many customers purchase light and sound instruments for dealing with sleep problems. But how restful can falling asleep be when you are wearing lightframes and headphones? The moment you turn in your sleep, the wires begin to tangle.
That is not conducive to experiencing restful sleep!
So what do you do? Here is an alternative I've shared with my customers for several years ... purchase a pair of cheap computer speakers. You know the type: one speaker wire connects to the back of the other speaker. And that speaker's wire plugs into the audio port of your computer. Well, instead of connecting it to your computer's audio port, connect it to the audio port of your light and sound instrument.
Now place your light and sound instrument, speakers and all, in the corner of the room where you will be sleeping. Have the audio turned down very low - just at the threshold of your hearing. Select a sleep session (delta frequencies) on your light and sound instrument. Press play / run session. Go to bed, fall asleep. No tangled wires, no lightframes or headphones to deal with, just very low volume pulsed audio sounds to assist you in falling asleep and remaining asleep.
This same approach can be useful when you are trying to study or prepare for tests. Only don't select a delta session - use a learning session (alpha or theta) instead!
I do not sell speakers, but I use them for situations like those described above. I found speakers that meet my needs for $15 at my local electronics store. So check out your local computer or electronic appliance store, or search online for the speakers that best meet your needs. Speakers work with light and sound instruments, manufacturers just neglect to mention it!

"A light and sound machine is a brainwave entrainment tool. The method by which this
entrainment occurs is known as the Frequency Following Response (FFR). Through
